Insider
Included in a top stylist list for the US on this Insider video (I'm at number 6, at 3:58). I'm in fantastic company; all of those included here are absolutely amazing at their job and I feel flattered to be on this list with them.
Rachael Ray Show
So the Rachael Ray Show did a quick little story on me back in February...or maybe March...of 2018. They had originally wanted to fly me to New York City to film, but we couldn't get our schedules coordinated, as I was traveling a lot at that time. So they asked me to send in footage for them to make into a video for me, so that's what I did. Cool, right?
MATRIX
So for 2 years I was on the Global Team for the hair product brand Matrix, which means I got to create content that they distribute to stores and online for education, marketing, and advertising purposes. I actually realllllly enjoyed the work; not only did I really truly actually love the majority of their stuff and the projects that we did, but the majority of the people I worked with are also fantastic. From the Matrix corporate team, to the production companies, photographers, models, co-stylists - just about everyone was great. Unfortunately, I had to leave for ethical reasons in June of 2020, but I truly appreciate the opportunities and learning that I got to do in my time there. Below are some of the projects we did.
Good Housekeeping
They made a thing about my stuff.
INSIDER
They made a video of my stuff. They also bumped the saturation on the color quite a bit, so everything looks a lot brighter. It was one of their less popular videos.

INTERVIEW - GOOD MORNING KANSAS
So here's Part 1 of an interview I did with Annette Lawless on the local ABC news affiliate station, KAKE. They have a daily show called "Good Morning Kansas", and for some reason that I cannot fathom but that I am also grateful for, she wanted me to be on it for a few minutes to talk about my work. Kinda crazy. I felt incredibly awkward, as I really wasn't sure what she was going to ask me, and we did it all in one take and on a time limit. Regardless, it was a a really good experience, and fun, and it's been good for business, too. In fact...a little too good. I CAN'T HANDLE ALL THIS SUCCESS AAAAAUUUGGHHHHH! Seriously, though. It's weird to be noticed and stuff. I have a lot of mixed feelings about it. Perhaps I'll write them down someday.

OMBRE
So this is a pretty basic technique for creating a color gradation and/or ombre/reverse ombre illusion. You can add more colors if you like by adding more sections at the top or bottom, but 3-4 colors tends to be sufficient for most purposes. Also, my hands are green from a painting project I had been doing earlier in the day. I've just accepted that my hands will always have dye or stains or paint on them, so I don't really try to keep them super clean anymore. Sometimes, this makes it seem like I've got some sort of nail fungus, but whatever. Mushrooms are fungi and people totally eat those, so I'm not about to get picky about it. And I only wear one color glove because I like to be able to feel what I'm doing with my dominant hand, so try not to judge me too harshly.

CURLS
This is a tutorial on how I curl my hair. If you've seen pictures of me before, this is usually how I am wearing my hair, and I get asked how I do it all the time, so here ya go. The video quality is not great - don't yell at me! I'm working on it. Also, I didn't notice till I completed this that I have a bit of an eyebrow situation going on, where it looks like I spent a lot more time on one than the other. Whatever, it's my face, I can do what I want. YOU DON'T KNOW ME!
