This is a variety of iridescent cellophanes on a cobalt blue background, which is one of my personal favorite combos because it's so mermaid-ish. Multiple layers of resin for a 3D effect. Really this is what the ocean *should* look like; maybe if it did, we'd stop dumping so much garbage in it, but hey, maybe we just shouldn't do that anyway. Google "great ocean garbage patches" if you wanna feel a sudden urgency about trash management. Then google "otters and their rocks" if you need help to stop crying. Carry on!
