Criss crossing clear brush texture on a holographic background. The texture refracts a lot of extra light which makes it even more prism-y!
This particular piece is actually still in the process of curing, so the white areas are dry and solid, but not completely cured, which can take several weeks. Once cured, it will be completely clear throughout. Which means even more prisms to look at!
