Opal and fluorite combo. Iridescent opal texture underneath, with layers of fluorite inspired strata on top of it. Some color, some shimmer, and a little texture. Especially impressive if you consider that this never happens in nature, so you could probably call this piece miraculous, if you were so inclined. I didn't put it in the title because I didn't want to be pretentious, but you will 100% have my blessing if you buy it and describe it that way to everyone you show it to.
