Thick clear texture on top of a holographic background, with a little bit of iridescent cellophane and glitter, just to see what it would look like. Very subtle silvery rainbow pastel in low light, aggressively bright rainbow in sunlight or direct overhead light. The texture of the clear medium refracts more of the light so you get a greater holographic impact as a result. Put this in the most boring room in your house for 64 square inches of chromatic greatness. I can't speak for the rest of the room; you're on your own there.
